Appointment Scheduling Policy
We understand how busy schedules can be, and we make every effort to schedule appointments at a time most convenient for you. In order to provide your child with the most successful and positive experience, it is recommended that young and preschool aged children be seen in the morning when they are fresh and well rested. School aged children needing treatment should be seen in the morning for the same reason.
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for your child. We ask for your utmost courtesy regarding your scheduled appointment. Please plan on arriving on time for your child’s appointment. To avoid compromising care, and in fairness to others who arrive on time, arriving late may be cause for rescheduling if there is insufficient time for your child’s planned treatment.
Lastly, it is imperative that legal guardians accompany a child to their appointment, and remain present in the office throughout the duration of the appointment. While we do our best to avoid changes to treatment, there may be unforeseen circumstances that would require direct approval.
Additionally, we ask that children not being seen for an appointment be seated in the reception area with adult supervision.
